Key Responsibilities:
Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support senior attorneys and clients in various legal matters. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
Documentation: Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements under the guidance of senior attorneys. Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Court Appearances: Attend court proceedings and hearings as required.
Case Analysis: Analyse legal issues and provide recommendations to senior attorneys. Contribute to the development of case strategies.
Eligibility:
Minimum academic score-7
Final semester LLB/LLM/BA LLB/BBA LLB/B.COM LLB
Passed in all previous semesters
Terms and Condition
Posting:- Individual may be assigned to work from offices at Delhi/ Gurugram location. However, please note that the services are liable to be transferred as and when required by the management.
Withdrawal of offer:- If an individual fails to accept the offer from Areness within two (2) days, it will be considered that they are not interested in accepting the opportunity. Consequently, the offer will be automatically withdrawn.
Use of personal laptop:- Individuals are expected to use their personal laptops during the tenure. Personal laptops must meet the minimum security and compatibility requirements set by the company’s IT department.Individuals are responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of their laptops while connected to the company network.
Absorption:- Successful completion of the Traineeship program, trainees may be considered for a position at ARENESS as associate . Trainees who have demonstrated exceptional performance during their traineeship will be considerated for the Associate position.
Termination & Resignation:-The tenure of an individual can be concluded either mutually or by serving a 7-day notice period.
Process
Applications shall be scrutinized as per the firm’s internal policies
HR round will be scheduled for the shortlisted candidates virtually.
The result will be communicated via mail to the TPO’S/CRC/Placement committee/Recruitment committee about the selected candidates
Student who pass the HR round will proceed to the final interview with the team lead.
