Litigation

From disputes arising out of trade and commerce to personal laws, or property laws, consumer disputes, constitutional or corporate matters, we have different teams which focus on their specific areas of practice within the Litigation team as well ensuring updated knowledge even on the most complicated of disputes.

Our Litigation teams work in tandem with our subject advisory teams which gives us an edge with each team giving their inputs and helping us achieve successful claims for our clients. We have a robust affiliate network and we represent our clients in almost all legal proceedings before Courts, Tribunals, Forums and Statutory Authorities over a wide spectrum of disputes. The also differentiating factor is our direct presence from the lower most forum in the judicial/quasi-judicial hierarchy to the highest one which makes a magnanimous difference when multiple legal proceedings over the same cause are pending before different forums.
