We advise at all stages, i.e. fund set up, the funding cycle including seed capital, first round and down round funding to both investors and investee companies on issues relating to receiving venture capital and Private Equity investment. We participate in negotiations & drafting of transaction documents including investor agreements, share subscription/purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements and end to end documentation and overall transactional support, including working closely with regulators.
